Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlayAdda mobile app, operated by PlayAdda ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

PlayAdda is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account; see our Privacy Policy for what deleting your account removes.

Virtual currency and in-app purchases

PlayAdda offers virtual currency ("coins" and "gems") and other digital items for purchase. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and are forfeited if your account is deleted or terminated. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms.

Subscriptions

PlayAdda Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same monthly period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's account settings (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions) — cancelling in-app only stops future renewals, it does not refund the current period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

PlayAdda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayAdda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
